Morley, a powerful figure in Hollywood, recommended Castro to his other client, Jared Leto, the star and producer of Tron: Ares. "[Morley] went to Jared and said, 'Check out this guy in the Road House trailer.' It was a huge honor, especially considering Morley's prestigious clientele, which includes Gyllenhaal, Keanu Reeves, and more." Castro shared with The Hollywood Reporter.
Castro's improvisational skills, honed over the years, played a crucial role in his success. His off-the-cuff instincts even led to the funniest joke in Tron: Ares, where his character apologizes to Leto's Ares for a comment about his "ancestors."

"Working with these incredible talents was an out-of-body experience. I was so caught up in watching them that I almost forgot my lines!" Castro admitted.
When asked about his experience with method actors, Castro shared his perspective. "I've worked with a few, and I realized that their process is not intrusive. Jared Leto, for instance, stays in character, but he doesn't impose his process on others. It's fascinating to witness and adds a unique dimension to the set."
